Tanya Kutchenriter

Tanya Kutchenriter has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Change Management and Process Improvement Manager and Senior Human Resource Manager at Dana Incorporated since February 2017, where responsibilities include developing HR policies aligned with strategic objectives and managing HR operations. Prior roles include Regional HR Manager and Sr. Human Resources Generalist at O-I, where execution of performance management and employee relations were key focuses, as well as HR positions at Advance Engineering and Midwest Stamping, involving payroll processing and benefits administration. Tanya holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Franklin University, alongside an Associate degree in Business Management from Owens Community College.
