Michelle Kruszewski

Michelle Kruszewski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and talent engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Danaher Corporation since March 2020, Michelle has effectively executed global engagement surveys for 80,000 associates and managed talent programs, applying continuous improvement methodologies. Prior to Danaher, Michelle held various positions at X-Rite from February 2008 to March 2020, including Global Portfolio Manager, where responsibilities included managing global color services and training programs. Michelle's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's in Graphic Communications from Western Michigan University, complemented by teaching and research experience in educational settings.
