Peter Shull

Peter Shull is an experienced instructional designer and e-learning developer currently working at Dandy, where responsibilities include creating e-learning content for dental manufacturing employees and supporting new hires in various technical skills. Previously, Peter served as a training lead at Dandy, onboarding new employees and training them in advanced dental technologies. With a background in CAD design and dental technology spanning several companies, including Avadi Laboratories and Ballard Dental Laboratories, Peter has focused on quality control, improving workflows, and modernizing dental education. Peter's early career included roles in inventory management at Apple and management at Diamond Wireless, supplemented by a formal education in healthcare from Ameritech College of Healthcare and Weber State University.
