Michael Thompson is a versatile professional with experience in human resources, videography, and program management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst at Dane County since October 2023, Michael previously held roles including Program Manager & Employment Specialist for the CDL Career Academy at the Urban League of Greater Madison and Talent Research Partner at McCain Foods. As a Videographer for MCT Visions Entertainment, LLC since March 2020, responsibilities include directing, producing, and editing films as well as collaborating with clients on various projects. Michael's educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
