Louise Kampmann

Louise Kampmann is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Head of GenAI Change Management & Delivery Planning at Danske Bank since October 2023, where responsibilities include leading a high-performing team and managing the rollout of GenAI technologies. Prior to this, Louise held roles such as Principal Development Consultant at Novo Nordisk and Danske Bank, focusing on strategy and communication for AI initiatives. A significant tenure also includes leadership in R&D strategy at GN Group and various project management roles at Copenhagen Airports and MAN Diesel & Turbo, where expertise in change management and strategy execution was further developed.
