Kim Andersen

Kim Andersen has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to quality assurance, testing, and IT consulting. Kim is currently the Head of Test at Danske Spil since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Consultant at Det Kgl. Bibliotek | Royal Danish Library from 2018 to 2023, where they were involved in developing and documenting processes, Scrum Mastering, and project lead and coordination. From 2015 to 2018, Kim served as a Test Manager at Alinea. Before that, they worked at Sopra Steria from 2009 to 2015, where they had roles such as Test Team Lead, Department Manager (Test), Test Subject Matter Expert (SME), and Test Team Leader. Kim also has experience working at IBM, Mærsk Data A/S, Intentia Research & Development A/S, and Catalog-International A/S in various testing and quality assurance positions. Kim started their career in the Danish Army, where they served as a Konstabel from 1993 to 1997.

Kim Andersen's education history includes a degree in Basic Management from Dansk Erhverv, obtained in 2024. In 2014, Kim completed a course in Management in Practice from Connection Management A/S. Additionally, Kim has a degree in Datamatiker/Computer Science from Handelsskolen i Ballerup (HiB), earned from 1995 to 1997, with a focus on programming languages for special purposes such as Neural Networks. Kim also holds certifications in PRINCE2 Foundation and ITIL Foundation, obtained in 2015.
