Katarina Ftacnikova is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Human Resources Controller at Danucem since September 2015. In this role, Katarina specializes in HR cost controlling, budget preparation, and strategic planning for entities across Slovakia, Austria, and Hungary, engaging in variance analysis and collaborating with finance teams. Prior to this, Katarina held the position of Financial Controller for the R&D Center at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise from October 1999 to August 2015, where responsibilities included budget preparation, monthly financial reporting, and collaboration with various departments. Katarina holds a Doctor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, completed in December 2009.
