Syed Mostahidal Hoq

Syed Mostahidal Hoq is an accomplished finance professional with a diverse background in management and auditing. Currently serving as Chairman, Managing Director, and CFO at Daraz since January 2015, Syed has significantly contributed to the company's growth. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Manager (Audit) at Ahmed Zaker & Co. and Audit Supervisor at Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co. Earlier in the career, Syed held the position of Assistant Manager (e-com) at Sports Direct International. Educational qualifications include membership in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), an ACA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), and completion of a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
