Dana Romans

Dana Romans serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Darktrace, beginning in April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Commercial Transactions Attorney and Tax Analyst at Amazon, where Dana provided tax-specific legal advice for numerous contracts and prepared indirect tax filings. Previous positions at Andersen Tax involved advising clients on state and local tax matters, while experience as e-Discovery Lawyer at K&L Gates focused on reviewing documents for litigation. Dana has also completed externships at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and the Office of the United States Trustee, along with internships that highlight a commitment to legal research and community service. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws in Tax Law from the University of Florida, a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington.
