Yingxi Wu

Yingxi Wu is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Asia Pacific at DeLaval since October 2015. Prior experience includes functioning as Legal Counsel for APAC at Technicolor from November 2012 to August 2015, focusing on group restructuring, M&A, and joint ventures. Yingxi worked as a China Legal Consultant at K&L Gates from June 2008 to November 2012, where the emphasis was on M&A, foreign direct investment, and compliance. Yingxi holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of California, Berkeley (2017-2018), another LLM in International Law and International Business Law from Transnational Law and Business University (2004-2006), and an LLB in Law from Renmin University of China (2000-2004).
