Marie-Christine Suergers is an experienced professional in technical enablement and program management with a strong background in the technology and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Enablement at Darktrace, Marie-Christine leads the development of onboarding and enablement frameworks for various teams. Previously, at Microsoft, the focus was on Data & AI sales readiness, coordinating enablement events for over 1,000 individuals. Prior roles at AXA México and MetLife México involved significant contributions to project and program management, enhancing delivery efficiency and implementing system improvements. Marie-Christine holds a Master of Arts in Intercultural Communication Studies from the European University Viadrina and a Bachelor of Arts in South Asian Studies and Hispanics from Heidelberg University.
