Angie Lund serves as the Group Manager - People at Darling Group since January 2022, playing a pivotal role in shaping people and culture across all six businesses within the organization, while reporting directly to the Managing Director. Prior to this, Angie held various significant roles, including Program Lead Creating our Culture and People & Culture Business Partner at Bay Of Plenty District Health Board, and Learning and Development Specialist at Kmart NZ. With experience dating back to 1991, Angie has also worked in roles such as Recruitment and Learning & Development Specialist at Tauranga City Council, Learning & Development Officer at Wokingham Borough Council, and Learning & Development Manager at the Institute for Animal Health. Additionally, Angie has held managerial positions at Asda Stores Ltd and Richards, along with owning ACL Training Solutions. Angie Lund's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of West London and an Associate's Degree from the College of DuPage.
