Cynthia C. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education administration, primarily at Dartmouth College. Currently serving as Senior Associate Director of Recognition and Stewardship, Cynthia collaborates with the Executive Director to establish organizational goals and supports their execution while also acting in a Chief of Staff capacity. Previously, as Managing Director in the same department, Cynthia oversaw daily operations, implemented donor recognition programs, and managed a five-member team. Earlier roles include Directorship of Administrative Operations and Financial Administration at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice, where Cynthia directed operations, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and fostered relationships to support research initiatives. Cynthia’s career at Dartmouth College began in 1996, spanning various leadership positions, including Director of Operations and Facilities for Athletics and Recreation. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire, an MBA in Leadership, and a Doctor of Arts in Leadership from Franklin Pierce University.
