As IT Manager at Grupo AG Capital, Rafael leads the technology team, overseeing software architecture and microservices development. Previous roles include Tech Lead at Worten Portugal, CTO at Animati netPACS, and Head of Engineering at Hubmedi.co, where Rafael demonstrated expertise in complex project management and cloud-native solutions. Rafael holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí.
