Mike Lewis

Mike Lewis is a seasoned professional in service delivery and customer experience management, currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Datacom since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Waikato Regional Council as Insights Lead, where collaboration with the Executive team led to the design of a new customer experience strategy. At DairyNZ, Mike was the Manager of Digital Solutions, identifying technology solutions for business needs and fostering partnerships with third-party providers. Additional roles include consultant work at Compass Health New Zealand, managerial positions at Midlands Health Network and Homecare Medical New Zealand, and management of the applications portfolio at Genesis Energy.
