Jeremy Garcia

Jeremy Garcia is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in the open source and technical community space. Currently serving as the VP of Technical Community and Open Source at Datadog since March 2017, Jeremy has progressively advanced through various leadership roles within the company. Additionally, Jeremy is the founder of LinuxQuestions.org, fostering a vibrant community centered on Linux and open source with over 500,000 members. Involvement with prestigious organizations includes being a Governing Board Member for the Cloud Native Computing Foundation and the OpenSSF, as well as an Advisory Committee Representative for the W3C. Jeremy also founded LQ Consulting, which assists businesses in adopting open source solutions. Contributions to the field include being a board member of the Linux Fund, presenter for Bad Voltage, and a former columnist for Linux Magazine.
