Kristina Garcia

Kristina Garcia is currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Varonis since February 2023, following a tenure at Warner Bros. Discovery where the role was held from May 2016 to February 2023. Previously, Kristina worked as an HR Coordinator and Legal & Administrative Recruiter at Robert Half from June 2015 to May 2016, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and coaching candidates. Early experience includes an internship in Human Resources at Fair Rite Products Corp., where responsibilities included developing a compensation plan and creating job descriptions, as well as a role at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital as a Health Access Management Associate. Kristina is pursuing a Master's degree in Organization Development & Change at Penn State University, expected to complete in December 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Marist College.
