Michael Eubanks

Michael Eubanks is an accomplished tax professional currently serving as the Head of Tax at Datadog since May 2024. Previously, Michael held the position of Tax Director for Global Corporate Tax at Spotify from May 2015 to March 2024, where responsibilities included tax planning, M&A, restructurings, IP migrations, transfer pricing, and international tax. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior US Tax Manager, managing income and indirect tax teams for North and South America, and working as Tax Counsel at Georgia-Pacific LLC, focusing on international and domestic tax planning and reorganizations.
