Pascal Schaary is an experienced leader in operations and finance, currently serving as a Board Member at Overstory, an AI-powered satellite vegetation management company, since June 2021. As the Founder of Startup Ops Network since October 2014, Pascal has built a community focused on operational support for early-stage startups, covering finance, legal, IT, and HR. In the role of SVP, Business Operations at Datadog since May 2014, Pascal has significantly contributed to the company's growth from 27 to 180 employees in just 20 months. Prior experience includes serving as Founding Operations Director at Work-Bench and as Vice President of Finance at Goldman Sachs, where Pascal honed skills in financial reporting and project management.
