What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and feature enhancements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customer segments, including foodservice operators, retailers, and manufacturers.
  • Partner with the product team to deeply understand product roadmaps, translating features into customer benefits that drive adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer experience teams to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, battle cards, and demo scripts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitor positioning.
  • Work closely with the content marketing and demand generation teammates to drive integrated campaigns that promote our products and increase brand visibility.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Datassential’s products, providing training and support to internal teams as needed.
  • Develop thought leadership content that highlights Datassential’s market position and expertise.
  • Track the voice of the customer (VOC) through feedback loops and surveys, and report and merchandise key insights internally to guide product development and externally to demonstrate customer-centric innovation.
