Vagner Borges

Vagner Borges has a diverse work experience in technology and business. Vagner is the founder of BH2, a company that specializes in innovation and digital solutions for companies and startups. Additionally, they are a co-founder and board member of Dattos, a technology company that focuses on process automation and reconciliation. Vagner also co-founded Confere, a startup that provides credit card reconciliation services. Prior to their entrepreneurship endeavors, they worked as a Systems Analyst Senior at Resource IT Solutions, where they developed web applications for banks and insurance companies. Vagner also worked as a Senior System Analyst at Interfile SA, specializing in development and automation of processes in GED/ECM/BPM/Workflow. In their early career, Vagner was a partner and senior software developer at Equiptec Technology, where they developed systems for banks and unions, specifically working with Caixa Econômica Federal and Bradesco.

Vagner Borges completed their education with a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Financial Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, from 2016 to 2019. Prior to their master's degree, they earned a degree in Computer Science from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, specializing in Technology and IT, between 2006 and 2010. Before that, they obtained a degree as an Information Systems Technologist from UNIRADIAL, also specializing in Technology and IT, from 2003 to 2006.
