David Schmidt has extensive experience in tax management and leadership roles. David served as the Director of Tax at Dave & Buster's Inc. since 2015. Before that, they were a Senior Tax Manager at Pugh CPAs from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Tax & Assistant Treasurer at Ruby Tuesday for over 16 years. David also worked as a Principal Consultant (Tax Manager) at Price Waterhouse from 1995 to 1998 and as a Tax Manager at Brinker International from 1992 to 1995.
David Schmidt earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 1985. David later obtained a Master's Degree in Management and Administrative Science from The University of Texas at Dallas from 1987 to 1989.
