Ronald Law serves as Counsel at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP since November 2016, specializing in corporate finance matters and advising a diverse clientele, including private and public companies, on various debt financing transactions. Prior to this role, Ronald was a Senior Associate at Alston & Bird LLP from June 2012 to November 2016, recognized as a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2014, 2015, and 2016. Ronald began the legal career as an Associate at McGuireWoods LLP from August 2009 to June 2012.
