Grace Berman

Grace Berman is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of the Learning Center of Excellence at DaVita Inc. since September 2017, where strategic transformation of company-wide learning initiatives is a primary focus. Prior to this role, Berman was the Manager of Learning and Development for the City and County of Denver, responsible for developing strategies for an 11,000-person workforce, and served as Regional Director at the Defense Intelligence Agency, establishing a regional learning center. Earlier career experiences include roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and the Defense Intelligence Agency, where significant contributions to analytic production and training programs were made. Berman holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University, a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development from Colorado State University.
