Luci Hendrickson

Luci Hendrickson, MBA-HC, RHIA, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Manager in Revenue Operations at DaVita Kidney Care since May 2011, where responsibilities include managing complex payer issues, leading projects to improve Medicare metrics, and resolving significant held revenue. Previously, Luci held the role of Assistant Manager for the HIM Coding Team, overseeing a team of 25 in supporting outpatient facilities.
