Troy Fritz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1990, they worked at Fritz's Auto Center, a family business where they managed operations, implemented computerized systems, and gained insights into business management. From 1997 to 1999, Troy served as a Facilities Engineer and Project Manager at General Motors, overseeing production equipment and site development projects. Following that, they worked at Sponseller Group Inc. as a Design Engineer and Project Manager, where they designed mechanical and structural components, generated site development concepts, and managed a team. Troy then joined Harman/Becker Automotive Systems in 2000, initially as a Project Engineer and later as a Senior Project Engineer, managing the implementation of electronics production lines in new facilities and creating technology enhancement proposals. Troy also had a special assignment at JBL, a sister company of Harman/Becker, where they evaluated and provided feedback on new multimedia products. Troy joined Northrop Grumman Space Technology in 2007 as a Product Engineer/Designer, designing mechanical assemblies for spacecraft electronics and collaborating with analysts to meet environmental requirements. From 2009 to 2016, they held the position of Product Design Engineer at Forms+Surfaces, bringing new site products from concept design to market through the implementation of design for manufacturability concepts. Finally, in 2016, Troy joined Dawar Technologies as a Product Engineer.
Troy Fritz attended St. Marys Area High School from 1989 to 1993, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Following high school, they enrolled at Penn State University from 1993 to 1997, majoring in Mechanical Engineering and obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
