Dewarren Washington

DeWarren Washington, CCM, currently serves as Fleet Director of Operations and Fleet Transformation Manager at Day & Zimmermann since October 2023. Prior to this role, DeWarren was the President/CEO of Shepherd Project Services from October 2016 to October 2023. DeWarren's experience includes positions at the Tennessee Valley Authority from January 2012 to June 2017, where responsibilities included Maintenance Services Manager, Maintenance Services Supervisor, and Construction Readiness Manager. Additionally, DeWarren worked as Lead Civil Construction Engineer at The Shaw Group from July 2008 to December 2011 and held a Master Sergeant position in the US Air Force Reserve from June 1995 to December 2010. Earlier in the career, DeWarren was a Project Manager and Field Engineer at The LPA Group. DeWarren earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from South Carolina State University and an Associate's Degree in Air Transportation from the Community College of the Air Force.
