Joe Gordon

Joe Gordon is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate compliance and employment law. Currently serving as Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Day & Zimmermann since December 2021, Joe oversees the company's ethics and compliance program and manages internal investigations related to employee complaints. Prior to this role, Joe was a Partner at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP, where representation included single plaintiff cases, wage and hour class actions, and commercial litigation. Previous positions also include Of Counsel at Burns White LLC, Associate at Rubin, Fortunato & Harbison P.C., and Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Labor. Joe holds a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
