Matias Leone

Matias Leone is a highly experienced professional in artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as the Director of Artificial Intelligence at Daydream, focusing on search and personalization since July 2025. Previously, Matias held the position of Director of Machine Learning at Rokt, leading a team to create AI-driven customer targeting solutions for digital advertising. Matias's earlier roles include Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Meta, where contributions were made to AI development infrastructure, and Principal Engineer at Grubhub, where a machine learning inference platform was developed. Matias also has significant experience from Globant, managing development teams on AI initiatives and designing big data processing architectures. Academic involvement includes teaching real-time computer graphics and relational databases at UTN FRBA, complemented by leadership roles in engineering and architecture across various organizations. Matias holds a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and a Bachelor of Science in System Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
