Christian Napier

Christian Napier is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology consulting and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as the Director of Artificial Intelligence for the State of Utah, responsibilities include overseeing AI solution delivery across government agencies, developing a four-year AI vision, and implementing statewide policies and training. As the Founder and CEO of Rakonto Inc., Christian specializes in AI-powered enterprise SaaS solutions for knowledge harvesting. Previously, as CEO of GPFour Inc., expertise was provided in technology and project management consulting for major global events, including several Olympic Games. Earlier roles included Deputy CEO at EKS - Event Knowledge Services, where Christian managed operations and secured significant contracts, as well as positions at Contemporary International, Acendis Consulting, and the Salt Lake Organizing Committee, demonstrating a robust background in IT strategy, project management, and workforce management. Christian holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
