Erik Didrikson

Erik Didrikson currently serves as the VP, Associate General Counsel – Corporate & Assistant Secretary at Dayforce since March 2019, overseeing the global corporate legal function for a high-growth S&P 500 company involved in human capital management technology. Responsibilities include managing SEC/NYSE/TSX compliance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Prior to Dayforce, Erik Didrikson held positions as Senior Legal Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. and as Associate Attorney at Fox Rothschild LLP. Erik Didrikson earned a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Minnesota.
