Sharon (Bitensky) Finzi, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Daylight Solutions since April 2022. Previous experience includes a tenure at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems from January 2014 to July 2022, where Sharon held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In these positions, responsibilities encompassed building relationships with employees and management, supporting HR programs, facilitating recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR practices. Earlier, Sharon worked as an Administrative Assistant at Silverman Preschool from August 2010 to June 2013. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Business from San Diego State University and has studied at the University of Haifa.
