Merijn de Launay currently serves as the Director of F&B and General Manager of Loaf at D&B The Facility Group since March 2021, overseeing the development, P&L, and expansion of this new food and beverage concept, which has successfully opened 8 locations in two years. Previously, Merijn de Launay has held several leadership positions, including Director of Operations at Vascobelo from April 2015 to August 2020, where significant growth was achieved, and roles at Vineyard Company focusing on establishing new business segments and managing operations. Merijn de Launay's early career included founding and managing restaurants, alongside gaining experience through various roles in the hospitality sector. Educational background features a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and completion of hotel management studies at Hotelschool The Hague.
