Previous roles include Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager at Metro Productions Government Services, LLC, and Deputy Program Manager at L-3 MPRI, focusing on Army Public Affairs and event planning. Brian's military background spans over two decades as an Infantry and Aviation Officer in the US Army, complemented by leadership as Chief of Staff at the Africa Center for Strategic Studies. Brian holds multiple advanced degrees, including an M.S. in National Security Resourcing and an M.B.A. in Aviation Management.
