Billy Helmandollar, MBA has a strong background in Information Technology (IT) leadership and strategic planning. Billy started their career as a Senior Network Administrator at Bluefield Regional Medical Center, where they provided systems support, design, and networking. Billy then moved on to Wallace Thomson Hospital, where they served as the CIO/Director of Information Technology. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of IT planning, implementation, and support, transforming IT into a strategic business partner. Billy continued their IT leadership journey at Newton Medical Center, where they served as the Director of Information Technology/CIO. There, they engineered a turnaround in IT performance, perception, and service levels. Billy then joined DCH Health System as the CIO, where they are currently employed. Billy also had a separate role as an Independent Coach for Team Beachbody, where they helped others in their fitness quests. Overall, Billy Helmandollar has demonstrated expertise in IT leadership, strategic planning, and improving IT performance.
Billy Helmandollar, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Alabama in 2017. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Bluefield State University in 1990.

Fayette Medical Center, through a lease agreement with the DCH Health System, is a 61-bed rural hospital that offers the residents of Fayette County inpatient care, along with sophisticated diagnostic equipment, surgical techniques and specialty clinics. A 122-bed nursing home on site is fully accredited and licensed for intermediate and skilled nursing care.
