Sebastian Paul has a work experience that spans across multiple companies and roles. Sebastian started their career at G.U.T. Hahn KG in 2014, working as a Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann until 2017. In 2018, they joined PE TEC GmbH & Co. KG as a Werkstudent, where they worked until 2021. In 2021, they moved to DCMN as a Werkstudent Marketing and later progressed to the role of Junior Growth Manager in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Growth Strategist at DCMN, starting in May 2023.

Sebastian Paul began their education in 2014 at Staatl. Berufsschule Erding (Dr.Herb.-Weinberger), where they pursued a degree in Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann. Sebastian completed their studies at this institution in 2017. In 2018, Sebastian Paul enrolled at Hochschule Landshut, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre in 2022. In 2021, they briefly attended Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, focusing on Business & Society: Glocal Perspective, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution. Additionally, in December 2021, Sebastian Paul obtained a certification in "Grundlagen des Onlinemarketings" from Google.
