Luis Roberto Garza currently serves as Chief of Staff at Grupo DEACERO, overseeing various strategic and continuous improvement initiatives since April 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Supply Chain Manager at Toolcraft Mexico, where leadership of a nine-member team enhanced demand management processes for Latin-American business units. Previously, Garza managed the largest Toyota Service Workshop in Mexico, leading over 40 employees and focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction. Additional roles in supply chain analysis and logistics were held at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and Cuprum, respectively. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, an MBA from Universidad Iberoamericana Monterrey, and a Digital Business Executive certification from ISDI.
