Gwen Sparkman

Gwen Sparkman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Chief of Staff and General Manager at Urby since November 2020. Previously, Gwen held multiple positions at WeWork from January 2016 to August 2020, including Senior Manager, where responsibilities included portfolio management, revenue strategy development, and enhancing customer and employee experiences. Prior experience includes managing a luxury apartment building at Walnut Capital and serving as Community Manager and Associate Community Manager, focusing on operations, sales, and team leadership. Gwen also contributed as a Canvasser for Clean Water Action and has held various internships in economic development and fundraising. Gwen is pursuing Executive Education at Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a Dual Business Degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
