Sofira Shalihah is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in quality system and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Assistant Manager at Daesang Corporation since March 2023, where innovation projects are managed to align with business goals while maintaining strong regulatory relationships. Previously, at PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia from November 2015 to September 2021, Sofira worked in Regulatory Affairs, ensuring compliance of products and materials with local and international regulations, and also held a role in Quality Assurance, implementing various management systems and leading document control initiatives. Additionally, Sofira gained experience as a Quality Assurance Intern at PT. Industri Susu Alam Murni in early 2013. Sofira holds a Master’s degree in Food Technology from IPB University.
