Siqi Zhao

Siqi Zhao is a seasoned professional in the field of machine learning and computational biology, currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Deep Genomics since July 2025. Prior to this role, Siqi held several positions at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. from July 2022 to June 2025, including Senior Machine Learning Scientist, Senior Computational Biologist, and Computational Biologist.
