Kristen Guraya-Cubero

Kristen Guraya-Cubero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive support and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Specialist and Executive Assistant to the CMO at Dolby Laboratories since October 2024, and as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Deepgram since July 2023, Kristen has a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support. Previously, Kristen held the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO at Everyday Robots within X, the moonshot factory, where responsibilities included supporting a large global robotics team. Kristen's earlier experience includes significant roles at Google, where expert calendar management and event planning were paramount, as well as positions at various companies like WebDAM Solutions and Polycom. Kristen holds a Master's Degree in Marketing from California Lutheran University and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology.
