Established in 1999 by former AM:PM and Cooltempo A&R Simon Dunmore. Defected has a number of sub-labels including DFTD, Soulfuric, 4 To The Floor, Glitterbox Recordings and Classic Music Company, Defected also owns and manages over 30 catalogues for heritage house imprints.
