Daniel Snell

Daniel Snell is an experienced engineer currently working at DEFEND since October 2024. Prior to this role, Daniel served as IT Support Team Lead at Rocket Lab from October 2020 to October 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing support operations. Daniel led the Service Centre Team at TVNZ from October 2015 to October 2020, managing a team of four support agents to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for approximately 600 staff members across three sites. Earlier experience includes serving as Service Desk Team Leader at Lion Co, managing a local team and supporting a wider team across multiple locations, and working as a Desktop Support Analyst at healthAlliance, providing desktop support at North Shore Hospital. Daniel began a career as a Systems Support Engineer with North Yorkshire Police from June 2005 to November 2008.
