Barbara Holston is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and financial analysis across various government and private sector roles. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff for the Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Directorate at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency since August 2019, Barbara has also held positions such as Senior Program Analyst and Advisor for Asian Americans and Native Hawaiian & Pacific Islanders at The White House. With a background in budgeting and finance from previous roles at the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, the United States Air Force, Northrop Grumman, Army Hawaii Family Housing LLC, and Town and Country Credit, Barbara also contributes to the Federal Asian Pacific American Council as a member of the National Board of Directors. Barbara holds an MBA from Tiffin University and has completed coursework at UC Irvine.
