John McIntosh

John McIntosh, an ITIL-certified professional, has extensive experience in IT and management, currently serving as an Aircraft Armament Systems Specialist with the United States Air Force since August 2023. Prior to this role, John worked as an IT Specialist (Network Administrator) at the Defense Logistics Agency from June 2016, and held multiple positions in end-user support roles at Horizon Industries, Limited, SAIC, and TEKsystems between 2014 and 2016. Previous experience includes a Helpdesk Technician role at Reliance One, Inc., and a Network Field Engineer position at I.T. Right, Inc. John began a career in management as a Business Manager at BIGGBY COFFEE in 2011, promoting sales and efficient operations. John also served in the United States Air Force as a Systems Administrator from March 1998 to March 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Liberty University and an Associate degree in Aircraft Armament Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
