Katherine Hauschild

Katherine Hauschild is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Associate Director of College Counseling at DeLaSalle High School in Minneapolis since August 2024. Previously, Katherine held roles in college and career readiness at Achieve Twin Cities, and as the Assistant Director of College Counseling at Shattuck-St. Mary's School. Katherine also worked as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Hamline University and as an Admissions Officer at the University of Pennsylvania. Early in Katherine’s career, experience includes managing the Washington office for Total Spectrum/Steve Gordon & Associates and working as a Sales Associate at CEB, now Gartner. Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Bates College.
