Before their role at Ferrer Abello, S.L., Marcel held multiple positions at Henkel and ICI Paints. Marcel served as the EMEA Business Controller and Finance Manager at Henkel, managing the integration of ICI's National Starch business acquisition. At ICI Paints, Marcel worked as the Global Transition Manager for Finance BPO, leading the transition to Hewlett Packard's shared service centers. Marcel also served as the European Sarbanes-Oxley Manager, North America Finance Director, and Financial Controller during their tenure at ICI Paints.

Marcel started their career as an External Auditor at Deloitte España.
