Hoessein Alkisaei

Hoessein Alkisaei is currently a PhD candidate and lecturer in Structural and Building Engineering at Delft University of Technology, with a focus on advanced numerical analysis in structural engineering. In addition to academic pursuits, Hoessein serves as a member of the advisory board for Plantje Voor Morgen and is the founder and chairman of Nederland Maakt Impact, a non-profit organization aimed at uniting young leaders for positive change in the Netherlands. Hoessein also founded Visual Human Rights, a project visualizing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights through photography. Other roles include being an engineer with Engineers Without Borders - Netherlands and a One Young World Ambassador in The Hague. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology, alongside a masterclass in photography from National Geographic.
