Vanessa Dufour has extensive experience in human resources and training within Delhaize Belgium since November 1996, currently serving as the HR Administration Manager Operations. Throughout the tenure, Vanessa has held various positions, including HR Administration Manager Logistics, HR Administration Support Manager, Learning Support Manager, Learning Specialist, and Training Coordinator, focusing on the development and coordination of training programs tailored to diverse audiences. Prior to joining Delhaize, Vanessa worked as an HR Assistant at Sofitra for a short period. Vanessa holds two diplomas: a Graduat in Assistant(e) de direction from Institut Cooremans and a Graduat in Secrétariat de Direction from Haute Ecole Francisco Ferrer.
