Heather Barc is currently working as the Deputy Head of Employment Law (Rider) at Deliveroo since February 2021. Prior to this role, Heather held positions at DLA Piper from April 2016 to February 2021, starting as an Associate and working their way up to Senior Associate in Employment. Before that, Heather worked at Sidley Austin LLP from September 2011 to April 2016, initially as a Trainee Solicitor and later as an Associate. Heather completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Bristol in 2010 before attending BPP Law School in 2010-2011.
